Choose what brings you here. The doctor looks at the shape and balance of your whole face before deciding what to do, and sometimes what not to do.
For A low or flat bridge, or a tip that lacks shape.
Silicone or Gore-Tex can raise the bridge. The tip is shaped with your own cartilage rather than an implant, because the skin there is thin.
Recovery A splint is worn for about 4 days and stitches usually come out around day 7. Swelling mostly settles in about 10 days, or 2 weeks if the nasal bone is cut.
For A low, blunt, drooping or upturned tip.
The tip cartilage is rearranged, and your own ear or septal cartilage is added only where support is needed.
For A bump on the bridge that you want to soften.
The whole line from the root of the nose to the tip is considered, not only the bump. The nasal bone may need to be repositioned.
For Those who want a balanced side view of forehead, nose and chin.
Planned from the side, so the nose is not treated on its own.
For A short upturned nose, a wide tip, or nostrils that look flared.
The cause differs for each person: cartilage, skin thickness or the width of the nostrils. The method is chosen after the structure is checked.

The method depends on your eyelid skin and fat. A brief sleep anesthesia can be added to ease local anesthesia.
For Eyelids that open weakly and look sleepy or heavy.
Improves how well the eyelid opens. It can be combined with a double eyelid.
For Those who want longer or wider-looking eyes.
Inner corner, outer corner or a natural combination of both. The distance between the eyes is considered with the nose when both are planned.

Loose skin is trimmed. If you already have a double eyelid, the existing line can be kept.

Fat is moved into the hollow rather than removed. Not everyone needs fat grafting, and the doctor says so when it is not the right answer.

How we work
Dr. Lee takes responsibility for every step, from consultation to surgery and aftercare.
Open or closed rhinoplasty, implant or your own cartilage: the method follows your nose, not a fixed menu. Endoscopy can be used to check the inside of the nose and any breathing problem.
After nose surgery, a splint is worn for about 4 days and stitches are usually removed around day 7. Swelling usually settles in about 10 days to 2 weeks. You will be told what to expect before you decide.
